While the SmartKiln is purely software-based while in the beta, and you handle the hardware, we can't provide any support in this area.

SmartKiln App Bug?

Please go through the appropriate channels, whether Apple or Google, to report bugs in the beta apps. This is much easier for us and provides us with greater detail.
